Alcohol Licensing and Hospitality Training

Knight Training specialises in the qualifications required to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol in the UK.

We deliver the Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders and the Level 6 Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (SCPLH), both essential qualifications for those working within the licensed hospitality sector.

In addition to training, we also act as licensing consultants, assisting businesses across the UK with Premises Licence and Personal Licence applications. Our experienced team works directly with local authorities to ensure applications are handled efficiently and in line with current licensing regulations.

Professional Training Courses

Alongside licensing qualifications, we deliver a wide range of professional training courses for individuals and organisations.

These include qualifications such as the Scottish Personal Licence Holders Refresher (SCPLHR), Award in Beer and Cellar Quality (ABCQ), How to Run a Successful Pub and the Award in Licensed Hospitality Operations (ALHO).

Our training portfolio also includes a large selection of e-learning courses as well as workplace safety and professional qualifications including CCTV Operations, First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid, Mental Health awareness, and site safety training such as SMSTS, SSSTS and Health & Safety Awareness.
